The park is zoned for a range of uses including office facility, call centre, hi-tech production, logistics/ warehousing, training, cash & carry, motor showroom and hire.

Each unit is constructed with a steel structural frame with concrete floor slabs. They are cladded with Kingspan Insulated Architectural cladding panels and glazed with aluminium double glazed units with sun cooled glass. Suspended Ceilings are fitted throughout and raised access flooring is available where required.
