PINKS

Pinks Cantina and Grill is a dining experience born in Mexico, fused in New York and perfected for Waterford. Deep Intense flavours are complemented with a vibrant interior and the largest heated outdoor dining area in Waterford. With multiple locations in NYC, Pinks arrived in Railway Square in 2020.

THE VAULT

The Vault is a café and wine bar located in the heart of Waterford’s Apple Market. Coffee and paninis during the day turn to prosecco and cheeseboards at night. Originally part of an old bank, The Vault has been transformed into the secret of the Apple Market.

BISHOPS

Bishops Restaurant is set in the Greenway Manor Hotel, hidden away on 18 acres of beautiful gardens. This luxury restaurant was recently redecorated and boasts one of the finest restaurant interiors in Waterford City. The Hotel is a charming Manor house dating back to 1730 when it was built for the Bishop of Waterford, hence the name “Bishop’s Restaurant”.
